Hotel Information
The conference hotel is Westin-Casuarina, a Starwood property, located just one block off the strip at 160 E. Flamingo Rd. Las Vegas, NV across from Bally’s. The Westin is offering MWCO attendees an amazing room rate of $199. This rate includes daily newspaper, workout facility, sauna and steam rooms at the spa, bottled water in guest rooms, unlimted local calls, and printing of boarding pass. MWCO attendees will also receive a 20% spa discount for any spa service.

CE Certification
A Certificate for proof of attendance will be provided and stamped at the end of each class. MWCO does not assume the responsibility that a course will be approved by your state board. It is the responsibility of each doctor to know her/his state requirements. All continuing education courses must be attended for the duration of each course in order for credit to be awarded.
COPE Credits
In addition to the courses COPE approved as of the program printing date, every effort is being made to procure COPE credit for ALL of this year’s lectures. All lectures that are “COPE PENDING” are being reviewed and should be approved by meeting date.
Optometric Students
Optometric Students are welcome to register at no charge. Registrations must have a copy of student ID attached. (Meal Functions are not included).
